Global Ayurveda Festival will be held on 9-14 February 2012 at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
Centre for Innovation in Science & Social Action (CISSA), Government of Kerala and and Ayurveda Fraternity of Kerala embark on a programme for mainstreaming Ayurveda Specialties in Kerala, a state where Ayurveda has retained its traditional sanctity and to promote it nationally and internationally for the benefit of the global community. The first edition of the event -Global Ayurveda Festival - Kerala is slated to be held from 9 - 14 February 2012 at Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala state popularly known as the 'Gods own country'.
This incredible festival encompasses all that's good about Ayurveda and will display a wide range of services, activities and products for a healthy life. This vibrant and promising festival of Ayurveda with a host of fascinating events - lectures by legends in the field, workshops, conferences, tours and a mega exhibition, offers a great opportunity to learn, experience, to get first-hand information and to collaborate.
This is a humble yet bold step, a spark which will galvanise the sector to aspire, plan and achieve greater heights.
